The jIRC applet will not work in some older browsers (mostly those before the 4.x releases).
Please grant the applet permission to execute on your machine. This is necessary for it to load and for you to be able to chat.
Also, if you come in to #frak and we aren't talking, it's most likely the middle of the day and we're at work. If this is the case, try connecting later (usually around 4:00 PM PST is good) and we should be active.
